 George Herbert Walker Bush
Full Name: George Herbert Walker Bush
Born: June 12, 1924 in Milton, Massachusetts

George H. W. Bush is a member of a political dynasty that began with his father, Prescott Bush, a Wall Street executive banker and U.S. Senator who has been accused of supporting the Nazis, perhaps even aiding Adolf Hitler’s rise to power. Bush moved to Texas and entered the oil business, becoming a millionaire by the age of forty.

Bush served as a congressman, ambassador and Director of Central Intelligence (the CIA) before becoming the 43rd U.S. Vice President (1981-1989) under Ronald Reagan, then the 41st President (1989-1993).

Bush has been accused of a number of war crimes during his service as an aviator during World War II. As President, he ordered the invasion of Panama and Iraq. Like Ronald Reagan, Bush also gets a poor grade on the economy, contributing to his loss to Bill Clinton in the 1992 presidential election.

Bush’s sons include George W. Bush and Jeb Bush.
